Over at Bravery we have started building the bar! Bart and Larry have been working very hard on it, and it's looking beautiful so far!

Also, Brian has started brewing some pilot batches!

 (smaller scale batches for trying out recipies)

Soon to come is brewing with the 3 barrel brewhouse!

Every day there is progess at Bravery, we will keep you updated!

So in the last couple of weeks, there has been a lot of progess over at Bravery.

Barrels, Kegs, Walk-in Cooler, and the "Wall of Bravery"

It seems as though we're getting exponentially busier at the brewery.  Now that the restrooms and floor drains are finally done, we have official control of the building and are starting to stock it full of all sorts of goodies.  Picked up 22 used wine barrels from a place in Oxnard, picked up our kegs from Plastic Kegs of America today, starting assembling our Walk-in Cooler, and started assembling the "Wall of Bravery".

Brian works with Joe, Chris and Matt at Enegren Brewing Company. This is the same system that Bravery will be brewing with.

Bravery's Brewmaster Brews Beer at Enegren

Brian Avery spends the day helping out at Enegren Brewing in Moorpark. Brian had the privilege of wearing the Enegren brewniform. Since Enegren has the same system that Bravery will have, we mutually decided to consider ourselves as sister breweries.

Our first newspaper article

This is our first newspaper article. We had no idea that the Antelope Valley Press was doing this story and unfortunately it is full of inaccurate information. It is still nice to have the free publicity.

ABC public notice sign is up.

Another step in the process of opening our brewery. The ABC public notice sign is now posted in the window of our brewery site.
